I am super sick - I was trying to get a page done and it just looked janky and awful, so... I'd rather give you a good page and sleep for a few hours than a crappy one! See you on Thursday and watch out for cold and flu season!

Just get yourself better, take it easy, plenty of liquids, etc. We'll be here. I think we'd rather you recover and feel better, than push yourself and get worse, right?
Hope you get well soon.

adding some ginger and parsnips to soup can help you get better faster. hot water with lemon, brandy, and honey can act as a mild cough suppressant. add some anise for a bad cough. a shot or two of rum or scotch in warm milk with honey will numb your throat. eat something with wasabi to clean your sinuses out. hope you feel better!

Lemon, honey, whiskey, and peppermint make a much better/stronger cough suppressant, and it tastes good, too.

To the author: Get well soon. We all know what it's like to feel like death warmed over, and I truly hope your malaise will not linger.

Rest, get well. I'd rather have you still around than read a posthumous comic :)
