Kay! That's not very hospitable... but appropriate.

That is why old people should be locked up and studied for their nutrient value

what's with the ugly watermark?

It totally destroys your otherwise good looking pages.

Hey, just wondering why you've put a bunch of big, ugly copyright watermarks on these. It really messes up the look of a wonderful comic.

Honestly, it's because I upload to several places which some have had theft issues - I'm guessing it's the one in the lower right-hand corner? I could always take that out and leave the faded one in.

There, took it out of the corner and toned it down a little!

Actually, I *was* referring to the faded-in ones. Pretty much every comic has a little copyright note in the corner. I've just never seen one that covers the rest of the page with watermarks.

I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job, but if you're uploading to places that have theft problems, why not just stop uploading there?

Because not everyone uses comicfury, and I started there. I don't mind the criticisms honestly, but I'm not getting rid of the faded out copyright either. You can always buy the print books if you want to see it without them! :D

You do what you gotta do to guard your intellectual properties. A copyright notice is the easiest way to assert your ownership.

If the watermark becomes such a concern, simply shrinking it and placing it in a corner could work. It would still be there, do the job, and would be just as hard for a thief to deal with.
